Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science Degree at Rajshahi University of Engineering And Technology

Livestock and poultry contribute significantly to the agro-based economy of Bangladesh. Commercial enterprises aimed for dairy, poultry and meat production are taking the strong roots and the demand for diversified veterinary services expanding with the increased economic growth of the country. Keeping these views in consideration, the department started its endeavor in 2004 in order to fostering quality veterinary education and to produce creative, efficient and modern professional leaders to face the demand of 21st century. The department offers course-credit semester based multidisciplinary Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Recently, the department introduced M Phil and PhD program. The graduates of this department have a high prospect to join various prestigious jobs including Bangladesh Civil Service, Government & Non-Government organizations and self-employing income generating activities. A total of 51 students of three batches are studying at present. Currently, 10 teachers are engaged in teaching and research in the department.

Clinical Veterinary Medicine Degree at Hunan Agricultural University

Clinical veterinary medicine is a discipline mainly about diagnoses approach and theory of the livestock and poultry. It’s an important basic course in the major of veterinary medicine, bridging the basic courses and major courses. As an introductory course in animal clinic, it plays a very important role in the clinic veterinary medicine major. The teaching aim of this course is to equip the students with common methods, basic theory, basic knowledge, and basic technique of the clinic animal diagnoses and treatment, so that they can find and recognize the ordinary features and symptoms of different animal diseases, and give correct judgement and treatment according to their integrative and precise analyses.

With this in mind, we have invested in sustaining the operation of our facilities, for example, providing better facilities for our headquarters in pre-practice, LIVESTOCK FARM CENTER km 17, where each year we optimize livestock work and stay in our practice, the CENTER pig that runs on the campus of the Faculty and provides direct service to the community in genetic improvement by selling animals suitable, the production of birds, whose primary function is to provide the necessary materials to our students Last year, an area where they can practice detailed in the poultry field, obtaining an ideal product to sell and put on the market, the production centers of wildlife works at the farm 17 km, where the project is progressing and the people increases, we hope to achieve the objective of creating market alternatives in the sale of meat, the Language Center, which offers practical options for professionals and the general public, improving their quality of education and raising its level by learning the English language levels basic, intermediate and advanced, and finally, the computer center, part of which offer courses in the area of computing and information technology, improving their services in the field of internet, affordable to our students and the general public.

Highlighting further their presence, the Faculty of Zootecnia broadens their horizons, taking on his own responsibility and the tremendous support of the Provincial Municipality of Alto Amazonas, the opportunity to have two schools and a vocational specialty, the same as detailed below: SCHOOL OF AQUACULTURE TRAINING, TRAINING SCHOOL OF EDUCATION AND INITIAL SPECIALIST IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES. It has been two years since its establishment, and we can say that somehow we met the expectations of the population yurimaguina, giving them alternatives in their training as professionals. Aquaculture belongs to the Faculty of Sciences, as early education and foreign languages are part of the Faculty of Education and Humanities, indicating that the headquarters of these two powers is the city of Iquitos.

We seek that our teachers, working in line with the advancement of science and technology in the livestock, thereby responding to the confidence placed in the institution and work with dedication, disappointment and faced the crisis with a project better future.

Animal Vaccine Technology Degree at National Pingtung University Of Science & Technology

Animal Vaccine Technology was established in 2005, as the first graduate institute in studying animal vaccine & adjuvant in Taiwan. The institute offers graduate study leading to the degree of Master of Science. Currently, the institute is located in the main building of the Department of Veterinary Medicine in NPUST, long known as one of the nation’s leading Veterinary Medicine Department for biomedical and clinical research in the fields of animal, poultry, and fish diseases. Thus, the faculty collaborate with those in the NPUST Animal Vaccine & Adjuvant Research Center (NPUST AVARC), which was set in 2003.
