The objective of this CEAV course is to prepare for professions and activities focussing on production and quality control in the poultry and rabbit “production” sector. This course is based in particular on thorough skills in animal health, in production and processing methods as well as in the fields of product safety-quality, environmental management, veterinary medication and animal welfare.
This CEAV course brings the necessary knowledge to react to the main dysfunctions in production and health of porcine herds as well as in quality-safety of products. The objective of the course is to gain a high level of know-how from case studies and practice.
The certificate guarantees a first level of special skills in the field of health and quality of dairy production. This course enables the student to acquire and complete the necessary knowledge to react to the main dysfunctions in herd health and productivity as well as in product quality and safety, and to develop the command of methods and tools to approach these dysfunctions
